How can I connect my smartwatch with Spring Up?

There are 2 main steps for connecting your smartwatch with Spring Up.
1. Download and Install necessary applications for you smartwatch (Health, Huawei Health, etc.) then connect it with your device.


2. Connect Spring Up with your device application.

How can I connect Apple Watch with Spring Up?

Required Apps: Health, Spring Up
1.      Download and install required applications.
2.     Connect your Apple watch with “Health” application on your phone.
3.     Open “Spring Up” application > “My Profile” >”Setting”> “Apps & Devices” > Turn on “Health”

How can I connect Fitbit smartwatch with Spring Up?

Required Apps: Fitbit, Spring Up
1.      Download and install required applications.
2.     Connect your smartwatch with “Fitbit” application on your phone.
3.     Open “Spring Up” application > “My Profile” >”Setting”>  “Apps & Devices” > Turn on “Fitbit”

How can I connect Huawei smartwatch with Spring Up?

For Android users
Required Apps: Huawei App Gallery, Huawei Health, Spring Up
1.      Download and install “Huawei App Gallery” (click on the link for download at top-right button and open it by your         internet browser)
2.      Open “Huawei App Gallery” > Search and install “Huawei Health”
3.      Connect your smartwatch with “Huawei Health” application on your phone.
4.      Open “Spring Up” application > “My Profile”>“Setting” > “Apps & Devices” > Turn on “Huawei Health”
Note: If you still cannot connect your smartwatch with Spring Up then we recommend you reinstall “Huawei App Gallery” and “Huawei Health” again.

For iOS users
Required Apps: Huawei Health, Spring Up
1.      Download and install required applications.
2.      Connect your smartwatch with “Huawei Health” application on your phone.
3.      Open “Spring Up” application > “My Profile”>“Setting” > “Apps & Devices” > Turn on “Huawei Health”

How can I connect the other smartwatch (E.g., Samsung, Garmin, Amazfit, etc.) with Spring Up?

For Android users
Required Apps: Spring Up, Google Fit, Application for connecting your smartwatch (E.g., Garmin Connect, Zepp, Samsung Health)
1.      Download and install required applications.
2.      Connect your smartwatch with the application (E.g., Garmin Connect, Zepp, Samsung Health).
3.     Open “Google Fit” > Sync “Google Fit” with your smartwatch application.
4.     Open “Spring Up” application > “My Profile”> “Setting” > “Apps & Devices” > Turn on “Google Fit”

For iOS users
Required Apps: Spring Up, Health, Application for connecting your smartwatch (E.g. Garmin Connect, Zepp, Samsung Health)
1.      Download and install required applications.
2.      Connect your smartwatch with the application (E.g., Garmin Connect, Zepp, Samsung Health).
3.      Open “Health” > Sync “Health” with your smartwatch application.
4.      Open “Spring Up” application > “My Profile”>“Setting” > “Apps & Devices” > Turn on “Health”

Food

How do I log my everyday food intake?

You can start recording your food intake by clicking camera button. Then, there are three ways to record your food intake:
1. Take a photo of the food you are eating, or choose a food photo from your album, then adjust the serving size accordingly.
2. Tap "Search" and enter the name or keyword of the food you are eating, then adjust the serving size accordingly.
3. Tap "Add" and manually add food intake and nutrient values.
If you cannot find the food in our database, select the food that has the most similarity to your food and please let us know what food we should add by going to "Help" > "Contact us". 

How do I check the nutrients I should eat every day?

Your "Daily kcal goal" is shown in Home. For other nutrients, please click "View more" tab, then click "i". This will show your personalized daily nutrition needs. 

Which nutrients can be tracked in Spring Up?

We provide nutrient information as follows: Calories, Protein, Total Fat, Total Carbs, Dietary Fiber, Sugar, Cholesterol, Calcium, Potassium, Iron, Vitamin C, Sodium

How does Spring Up calculate the nutrients in each meal?

The food nutrients are calculated based on the quantity of the food and the nutrients breakdowns from 2 nutrient databases: INMU DailymenuPlan (iDP) by the Institution of Nutrition, Mahidol University, and our credible partner's database. 

What is the source of the recommended daily nutrients?

We use Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs) from the Institution of Nutrition, Mahidol University which are the nutrition recommendations for people in general. 

Where does the food data come from?

The food database is supported by the Institution of Nutrition, Mahidol University, and another credible partner. In addition, we would love to hear from our users and would highly appreciate it if you could help us update the database so that we can improve your experience in Spring Up.

Can I also check nutrients from beverages?

Yes, you can. There is also a beverage database.

Can I log my yesterday's food intake today?

You can log your food intakes up to previous 2 days. 

Exercise

How do the personalized workout videos work?

We will recommend your personalized workout videos based on your following information: Age, Gender, Weight, Height, Exercise frequency, Target areas. Your feedback after the workouts on each day. From these inputs, the system will generate personalized workout programs that are suitable for you.

Can I connect my wearable device to Spring Up?

Yes, of course. Please go to "My Profile" > "Settings" > "Apps & Devices" and allow the permission to connect to your health application.

What can I do if the given workout videos are too easy or too hard for me?

At the end of the workouts on each day, we will ask for your feedback. Please tell us if the given workout videos are too easy or too hard so that the system will adjust the workout plan for you accordingly. In addition, in each video, there are 3 trainers doing different levels of the same workout. We recommend that you follow the trainer that suits your level.

How can I get to the higher level?

You will earn points every time you complete a workout video and get upgraded to the higher level once you reach the point requirements. Bonus! Extra points will be rewarded when completing all daily workout challenges. 

Can I download the workout videos? 

All videos are copyrighted contents and are not allowed to be downloaded.

What should I do if I cannot do the workout like the trainers in workout videos?

We recommend that you follow the trainer who demonstrates the beginner level first. 

Are there any dance workout videos?

Currently, we do not have dance workouts.

If I cannot do the workout videos on any day, can I shift them to the next day?

The workout program is fixed and cannot be changed. However, you can go back up to 2 previous days to complete the exercises.

Do I need any workout equipment for each video?

Currently, all videos in our app don't need any workout equipment.

How long are the recommended daily workouts?

We recommend that you exercise 20–40 minutes per day (4–8 videos) depending on each individual's health conditions.

Telemed

Who is providing the Telemed services? 

Good Doctor Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is the provider of Telemed services, including consultations with doctors, prescriptions of medication, and delivery of medication. 

Can I have a video call with a Telemed doctor?

There is no video call feature. The consultation is in the form of text-based chat only, but you can take or upload photos of areas where you would like the doctors to examine more closely. 

Are Telemed doctors certified and trustable? 

Every doctor in the Telemed service holds a medical license, which can be checked via public databases. 

How to prepare myself before consulting a doctor via chat?

Please prepare your Thai ID card for verification before the consultation session. 

Can I get a medical certificate?

Yes, you can get medical certificate from Telemed plug-in.

Can I get a prescription from Telemed doctors?

Yes, prescriptions are issued for consultations in which the doctors give prescriptions. You can get it from Telemed plug-in. You can either order the medicines and get the medicines delivered to your place through Telemed plug-in, or take the prescription and go to a nearby pharmacy yourself. 

Do Spring Up keep the Telemed chat history?

You can see your consultation history and other medical info inside Telemed plug-in. These data are kept securely and confidentially with Good Doctor and Spring Up does not have access to your telemed chat history and other medical data.

How can I view the summary of my medical consultation?

At the end of the consultation, you will see the summary of your medical consultation, including any prescriptions (if applicable). You can also revisit this at any time later in Telemed plug-in. 

What should I do if I need emergency service?

Online consultation is not for medical emergencies. Please call local Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in the event of a medical emergency.

How do I set up an appointment with a doctor in Telemed?

No appointment is required. When you tap the button "เริ่มปรึกษากับทีมแพทย์ทั่วไป", the platform will automatically match you with a doctor shortly. 

How can I pay for the expenses incurred from the Telemed service?

You can currently pay by credit/debit card and TrueMoney wallet. Other payment methods are coming soon.

Can I use my social security for the Telemed service?

Currently, you cannot use your social security to pay for telemed services in our app.

How can I edit my personal information? 

You can edit your personal information in "My Profile" section. Please ensure that all your personal information is correct before saving. After you have subscribed to one of our Premium plans, you cannot edit your date of birth and Thai ID since we need to ensure that the person using the services is the same as the person who subscribed. 

Can I pay in installments? 

Currently, we do not offer any installment payment plans.

Are my payment information details saved in the system? (e.g. credit/debit card number) 

No, we do not keep records of your payment information details, so your card number will not be saved in Spring Up.

Can I cancel my Premium membership subscription and get the refund?

Our telemed provider, Good Doctor Technology (Thailand), does not have a refund policy, so Plan 1 cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Will my subscription plan renew automatically?

Your subscription plan will not automatically renew since Spring Up does not save your payment details. If you wish to continue your Premium membership, you can manually renew your subscription. 

How can I turn on/off notifications from Spring Up?

You can turn on/off notification by go to setting on your device.
- For iOS users: Enter "Setting" > "Notifications" > "Spring Up" > turn on/off "Allow Notifications".
- For Android users: Enter "Setting" > "Notifications" > "Application Setting" > "Spring Up" > turn on/off "Notifications"
